Wheat Flour – Sugar – Starch – Stabilizer – Cake Emulsifier – Baking Powder – Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate E450i Vanillin – Salt.
BASIC RECIPE:
Muffin Cake mix | 1000gm |
EGGS | 460 gm |
Oil | 350 gm |
Water | 100 gm |
IRECTION FOR USE:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with electric mixer for 5 min low speed.
Baking Conditions: | Sponge cake |
Baking temp | 180 °C |
Baking time | 20 – 25 min. |
